When your mind won't let you rest.
Anxiety can be loud, like panic, or quiet, like a constant hum of dread you've learned to live with.
People often come to counseling for:
Worry that jumps from one thing to the next and won't land
Trouble falling or staying asleep, and racing thoughts at night
Panic attacks, or the fear of having one
Physical tension: tight chest, stomach trouble, headaches, a clenched jaw
Overthinking decisions and conversations long after they're over
Avoiding things you used to do, and feeling your world get smaller
Health, work, money, or relationship worry that feels out of proportion and still won't quit
Learning what your anxiety is doing, and how to answer it
We use approaches with strong research support for anxiety, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you understand the patterns that keep anxiety going and practice responding differently. You'll leave sessions with things to try, not just things to think about. The pace is yours; we don't push you toward what scares you before you're ready.

How we work because your concerns and privacy matter.
We offer counseling grounded in approaches with research support, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and trauma-focused work such as EMDR, in a collaborative style. You set the pace. We don't push you to talk about anything before you're ready.
We know that for many people, not knowing where to start can prevent us from taking that uncomfortable first step. We are here to guide you like a helpful passenger in the car you are driving. We will provide insights and you decide if we keep going with it or shift elsewhere.
Your information stays private, and you choose how we contact you: call, text, email, or only a particular email address or time of day. We will not leave a message that mentions therapy unless you tell us it's OK.
We aren't a crisis service and we don't treat every concern. If we're not the right fit, we'll help you find someone who is.
