Grief Group: Navigating the In Between

A group to help grieving people move through loss's messy, complicated, and uncertain terrain.

This weekly group will meet virtually to explore grief and the “space in between,” where we may face uncertainty, still unable to reconcile the loss of what was and unable to move forward into what might be. The in-between can feel like being suspended in time as the rest of the world rushes past us. This group aims to provide a solace where participants can explore their feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

This is an open-ended group, meaning that members may stay with the group for as long as they feel it is beneficial.

Who: Any adult (18+) grieving the loss of a loved one who wants support.
